Skylake Properties implements appropriate safeguards to protect borrower and guarantor information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. Digital records are stored in secure and restricted areas accessible only to authorized team members.
Limited Access
Only team members involved in loan processing and monitoring will have access to borrower and guarantor information. No data will be shared with external parties unless required by law or with the borrower’s written consent.
Retention and Disposal
Loan application and agreement records will be retained for the duration of the loan term and for a reasonable period thereafter. After this period, records will be securely disposed of.
Borrower Rights
Borrowers and guarantors may request a review or update of their personal information on file. Any concerns regarding data privacy or security may be raised with HR for immediate attention.
